Under the motto “Health Research – Well Prepared for the Final Phase of Horizon Europe”, the National Contact Point (NCP) Health invites you to its annual symposium on 11 February 2026 in Cologne.
A representative of the European Commission from the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation will provide insights into policy trends, key topics, and the underlying strategies of the current and upcoming Horizon Europe calls in the field of health. Further experts from the research community will share their experiences and strategies regarding the upcoming calls and evaluation procedures. The identified trends and perspectives will be discussed in a panel session and explored interactively with the audience.
There will be ample opportunity for questions, exchange, and networking during the presentations, the panel discussion, and at thematic tables - among participants, with the experts, and with the NCP Health team.
The symposium is aimed at researchers, multipliers, and all those interested in collaborative research in the health area of the Horizon Europe programme.
The event will take place in person in Cologne from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There will be no option for online participation.
